Notice of Quarterly Investor Call

Pursuant to the terms of the indenture governing the Republic of Suriname’s $659,890,000 7.95%
Cash/PIK Notes due 2033 (the “Notes”) (dated November 10, 2023, between the Republic and
Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee), the Republic wishes to notify the holders of the
Notes of its intention to hold the third Quarterly Investor Call on the date and time indicated below.
