Er gaat momenteel een video viraal op social media, met name Facebook, waarop te zien is hoe personen in tonners van het Nationaal Leger worden afgezet. Het ministerie van Defensie heeft het Korps Militaire Politie en de inlichtingendienst een onderzoek laten instellen om de ware toedracht van dit viraal-filmpje te achterhalen. “Indien uit het onderzoek blijkt dat personen of militairen zich schuldig hebben gemaakt aan strafbare feiten of tuchtvergrijpen, zullen zware sancties opgelegd worden”, benadrukt kolonel Werner Kioe A Sen, bevelhebber van het Nationaal Leger.
