Abstract: the consultant will be expected to provide training for consumer protection in Suriname. In this respect the consultant will amongst others develop a training handbook, toolkit, and provide the necessary training in the area of consumer protection.
The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) toward the cost of the Business Climate and Innovation Program and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract for which this advertisement is issued.
The Business Climate Project now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: “Provide training on consumer protection law”.
An individual Consultant will be selected under Comparison of the Qualifications on the International Individual Consultant procedures in accordance with the Policy for the selection and Contracting of Consulting Services financed by the IDB, which can be found at the following website: www.iadb.org/procurement
